Teams will represent standalone NASCAR Race Teams in search of brand sponsorship. Teams will be responsible for the design, build, sponsorship acquisition and then racing of their race car during this fast-paced team building NASCAR challenge in Mexico.
Teams will need to justify the sponsorship deals they’ve created with bonus points awarded for crafty company names and interesting sponsor logos. The NASCAR Finale is a head to head team relay and pit stop challenge, with the winning team being crowned NASCAR World Champions and awarded the NASCAR Crystal Globe.
Teams are supplied with a pre-designed chassis which is the starting block for the car. Teams will then work to design the body and build a consistent brand on not only the car but the team jumpsuits and anything else they would like to add to the mix to ensure brand fluidity.
Teams are encouraged to think creatively and use the supplies provided as well as any out of the box additions to help their design stand out. NASCAR’s will be inspected and points will be awarded for unique and interesting designs and of course structural integrity!

Here’s how it works…
- 1On the day of the build a race car team building activity, your Lead Facilitator will provide a brief orientation session to set your team up to make the most of the program. It will be made clear how NASCAR Race Your Dreams works and the rules of the event.
- 2Your group will typically be divided into teams of 6 to 8 people who will represent a standalone NASCAR Race Team tasked with acquiring brand sponsorship. Once the NASCAR is built, sponsorship brands will be incorporated, and the car will be evaluated in several areas including presentation, design, marketing, and functionality.
- 3Finally, the cars are lined up for a head to head race down the track into the pits where your pit team must remove and replace the tires as fast as possible before sprinting across the finish line!
