The fame and success of the Survivor television series makes this a popular and beneficial team building challenge and one many participants can relate too. Exile Island is specifically designed to deliver mental and physical challenges that your team must overcome together.

To foster that togetherness, no team member is voted off the Island. Instead, your staff works together to assess each other’s ability, agility, and creativity for attacking each challenge. If your goal is to teach your team to work as a group, trust each other, and reach for the best possible outcome, this is the team building activity for you.

Here’s how it works…

  • 1Group is divided into smaller tribes and given bandanas and piñata "idols" which will be decorated and proudly carried with teams for the duration of the event.
  • 2Tribes battle head to head in a series of survivor themed challenges testing the physical and cerebral skills of each team.
  • 3The final "all in" challenge takes place followed by an awards ceremony with the top team coming away with the idol trophy and medals.
