Eloquest Healthcare: A Legacy of Generosity

Eloquest Healthcare is no stranger to philanthropy. Last year, they made a significant contribution by donating 120 gift bags filled with school supplies to local children. This generous donation was channeled through KKIS (Keeping Kids in School), a wonderful charity that operates in the Riviera Maya area of Mexico.

KKIS focuses on providing scholarships, backpacks, and school supplies to deserving children, ensuring that they have the resources they need to succeed in their education.

The Six Senses Wheelchair Building Event

This year, Eloquest Healthcare took their commitment to community service a step further by participating in our Six Senses Wheelchair Building event. This event is designed to foster teamwork and collaboration, while also making a tangible difference in the lives of those in need. Unlike traditional competitive team-building events, the Six Senses Wheelchair Building event is all about working together towards a common goal.

The teams started with a variety of challenges, incorporating all 6 of their senses. Before moving onto the big wheelchair build!

After the teams had successfully built the wheelchairs, it was time to test them out in a series of fun and engaging activities. Participants put the wheelchairs through their paces with a variety of challenges designed to ensure they were ready for their new owners!

One of the highlights was the wacky wheelchair races, where team members took turns navigating a playful obstacle course. The races were filled with laughter and excitement as everyone cheered each other on. In addition to the races, participants also enjoyed a Paralympic-style boccia ball game, where they experienced firsthand the skill and strategy involved in this inclusive sport.

Eloquest Healthcare’s team came together with enthusiasm and dedication, assembling six wheelchairs that were later donated to members of the community. The experience was not only rewarding for the participants, but it also underscored the power of collaboration in achieving meaningful outcomes.
