Teams will learn about the origins of bartending, industry evolution and discover the importance of ingredients, techniques and presentation in a fun environment with some real-world takeaways for the group. Hidden talents will emerge as the event unfolds.
Roles will be assigned within the individual groups to exercise participants’ specific skills such as leadership, communication, and creativity. The activity also challenges the group’s public speaking skills with team presentations.
Not only will your group come together as a team and experience working in a new environment, you will also be having a ton of fun at the same time! This event was made for Mexico with no better venue for this one of a kind experience!

Here’s how it works…
- 1Welcome to the Master of Mixology team building event! Your Master of Ceremonies and Facilitator will welcome your group and facilitate the entire experience from start to finish.
- 2Your group will be divided into teams and compete head to head against other teams to earn cash. The cash earned will be used in the “supply store” to purchase supplies to create the team cocktail and sales pitch. Teams will face off in a hilarious combination of mixology based trivia as well as games to earn cash for their teams.
- 3As the cocktails are being perfected, each team will prepare to present an original and innovative advertising pitch or sketch to sell their cocktail experience! Each team will be given 1 minute to WOW the judges. Judges will score the pitch and the drink together and will be awarding points in a variety of areas such as creativity, taste, aesthetics and team unity!
