Our building a library team building event will be a day like no other and will be completely customized for your group. The program is sure to generate lasting, impactful results with any group dynamic– from senior executives to administrative assistants or sales staff.
The group will be responsible for completing a series of tasks with the goal of creating a brand-new library for the school. The group will be tasked with building shelves, assembling tables/chairs, painting, decorating and then stocking and organizing the shelves with books. The group will finish off the experience by reading books to the children!
One of the biggest needs of each library is the books themselves! These schools specifically, need Spanish books to stock the library shelves. Primary schools in Mexico (ages 6- 11years) begin by teaching all children Spanish and transition to teaching English in secondary school.
Your team loves to build, construct and learns through experiences rather than from a book. Experiential learning is integral to your company culture and growth!
Giving back to your community and those in need is important to your group, and they’re excited by the idea of taking part in a philanthropic activity as a team.
Giving back is part of your team’s mantra and an important element of any group activity. The opportunity to give back excites your team! Competitive team building activities have taken a back seat to collaborative give back opportunities!
We provide an opportunity for staff members to work together while giving back to a school in need. “The event was a huge success. The entire team raved about it. Having the children come in at the end to get the bikes, and seeing the looks on their and my team’s faces made the event 100 times more powerful. Thank you and your team for a job well done.”
