Fransyl’s Sales Champs Conquer the Survivor Challenge!

At Grupo Events, we pride ourselves on creating unique and unforgettable experiences for our clients. Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting a custom-designed “Survivor Challenge” event for Fransyl’s top sales performers. The event was a roaring success, filled with excitement, challenges, and team bonding, all set against the stunning backdrop of a Mexican cenote just 20 minutes from their hotel, along the coastline of the Riviera Maya.

Fransyl, a company renowned for its sales excellence, wanted to reward their top performers with an incentive trip that would be both fun and enriching. They reached out to us with a bold request: to create an immersive “Survivor” experience in the jungle. We were thrilled to take on the challenge and designed a series of thrilling activities that tested the participants’ endurance, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Survivor Challenge: The Activities

The event kicked off with a unique challenge called “Crickets”, where team members earned bonus points by eating a local delicacy – crickets! Team captains spun the wheel of destiny, and participants stepped up to the plate, demonstrating their adventurous spirit. This challenge set the tone for the rest of the day – one of camaraderie, courage, and a lot of fun!

Next up was “Blind Leading the Blind”, a challenge where team members, divided into liberators and hostages, had to rescue their blindfolded teammates by guiding them with their voices. This activity emphasized the importance of communication and trust, essential qualities for any successful team.

The “River Crossing” challenge required participants to use a kayak, paddle, and lifejackets to rescue their stranded teammates on the other side of the river. This test of coordination and quick thinking had everyone cheering each other on as they navigated the waters.

In “Buried Treasure”, teams had to solve clues to unlock a treasure box within a 10-minute time cap. The excitement of discovering the code and earning an immunity necklace added a thrilling twist to the competition.

The “Jumbled” challenge saw team members zipping across the cenote to retrieve dry bags containing wooden letters. Once back on land, the teams worked together to unscramble a phrase, combining physical agility with mental sharpness.

Building a survival shelter in the “All Knotted Up” challenge was another highlight. Using ropes, tarps, and natural supplies, teams constructed impressive shelters, showcasing their creativity and resourcefulness. Photos were taken of each team’s creation, adding a fun, competitive edge as judges determined the best shelter.

The “Survival Gear” challenge required teams to select the most crucial items for survival at sea from a list provided. This activity encouraged strategic thinking and knowledge application, essential for real-life problem-solving scenarios.

In “Target Practice”, teams launched projectiles using a three-person slingshot, aiming to catch them in buckets. The challenge required precision, coordination, and teamwork, making it a hit among the participants.

The event also featured a traditional Temazcal ceremony, where teams experienced a cleansing ritual led by a Shaman and two Mayan Warriors. This serene and spiritual experience was followed by a refreshing plunge in the cenote, providing a perfect balance to the day’s adrenaline-pumping activities. After the ceremony, teams searched for an immunity necklace hidden in a pyramid, adding an adventurous twist to the cultural immersion.

Finally, the “Jugs Endurance” challenge tested the participants’ physical stamina as they held jugs of water at arm’s length for as long as possible. This endurance test was a true measure of determination and perseverance.

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work!

The Survivor Challenge was not just about fun and games; it was about bringing Fransyl’s top performers together in a unique setting that fostered teamwork, leadership, and personal growth. The challenges were designed to mimic real-life scenarios, requiring participants to think on their feet, communicate effectively, and support each other.

By the end of the day, the participants had not only earned coins and immunity necklaces but also a deeper sense of connection and achievement. The event was a testament to their resilience, adaptability, and team spirit – qualities that are crucial in the business world.

We’re sure the value of this event, and the long-lasting benefits built by the team-work and comradery on display will continue long into the next sales year for all of the participants!
