Our building a library team building event will be a day like no other and will be completely customized for your group. The program is sure to generate lasting, impactful results with any group dynamic– from senior executives to administrative assistants or sales staff.
The group will be responsible for completing a series of tasks with the goal of creating a brand-new library for the school. The group will be tasked with building shelves, assembling tables/chairs, painting, decorating and then stocking and organizing the shelves with books. The group will finish off the experience by reading books to the children!
One of the biggest needs of each library is the books themselves! These schools specifically, need Spanish books to stock the library shelves. Primary schools in Mexico (ages 6- 11years) begin by teaching all children Spanish and transition to teaching English in secondary school.

Here’s how it works…
- 1On the day of the Building a Library Team Building event, your group will be picked up at your hotel. Your coach will have two Grupo Hosts on-board and will be with the group the entire time.
- 2Your Grupo Hosts will welcome the group and give an orientation session on route to the school. Your Grupo Hosts will let everyone know how the day will unfold as well as give tips and techniques to successfully work with the locals.
- 3Upon arrival to the school, there will be additional Grupo support staff, teachers and parents eagerly awaiting the groups arrival! The group will be split into specific work groups and tasked with projects to help improve the school!
